Sherry is the founder and owner of The Mortgage Group, LLC. Having a vast knowledge of the local markets in North Alabama Sherry became a partner of what would become the 2nd Mortgage company ever opened in Marshall County. This experience led her to independently create and open The Mortgage Group, LLC in 1995.
Sherry has served on the Board of Directors of AMBA (currently AMPA Alabama Mortgage Professional Association) as membership chairman, moving up the ladder to President in 2002. She was on the committee to help draft the first educational requirement standards for the state of Alabama that was standardized to the national level. Sherry currently serves on the board of the MCHBA(Marshall County Homebuilders Association) and the CAJA (Court Appointed Juvenile Advocates).
Sherry, Her husband Don, and her daughter Emma have always lived in Marshall County. They are active in the community and church.
